Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the travel date will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the travel date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date will result in no refund.
- Cancellation by Unniversal Holidayz:
- In case of cancellations made by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational reasons), we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative solution.

- Refunds will be processed only for cancellations that comply with our cancellation policy.
- Refunds are not applicable for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or partially used services.

No Refund Scenarios
- No refunds will be made if the trip is canceled due to factors beyond our control, including flight delays, bad weather, or government regulations, unless stated otherwise.
- Unused or partially used services are not eligible for refunds.
Amendment Policy
- Requests to modify bookings (dates, destinations, or services) must be made at least 15 days before the travel date.
- Amendment charges may apply based on the availability and nature of the request.
